The hotel had a relaxed and casual atmosphere, friendly and polite waiters, nice view from the dining room, good breakfast, play room with fussball table, great evening meals with different menus.

The hotel is conveniently located near a ski slope, making it easy to access the slopes. the service is friendly and attentive, with a playroom available for kids. Guests can enjoy a five-course meal at dinner, with a different menu every night. the hotel also has a heated swimming pool and a warm tub nearby.
Breakfast could use a second coffee machine to reduce wait times.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was situated in front of a ski slope and a children's slope ideal for young children and beginners. The hotel had a relaxed and casual atmosphere which made me feel comfortable. the waiters were extremely friendly and polite and made the dining experience enjoyable.
The personal was a bit distant and not very helpful during my stay. They could have upped their game in terms of customer service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The food was exceptional - a different five course menu every night. The drinks were affordable and varied. The staff were polite and attentive, with waiters going out of their way to serve us. The hotel had a tranquil atmosphere and was situated right in front of a ski slope, making it easy for us to rent ski equipment at the hotel and hit the slopes in no time. Additionally, the breakfast had many options to choose from and the hotel's ski room was well-equipped, allowing us to switch between ski boots and casual shoes with ease.
Couldn't find any faults at all- this hotel was simply perfect.

During our Christmas vacation, we enjoyed two great features of this hotel - a room to keep our ski gear and a ski slope right in front of the hotel. the view from our room was also stunning. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly waiters. the breakfast buffet was varied and fulfilled our expectations.
Our experience was not entirely positive. the service at the reception was not helpful, and we could not get assistance with practical matters.
